After many years of working with some of the most successful attorneys, judges and jurists in the civil litigation field I decided to establish the Law Offices of Spencer M. Fein, P.C. My office acts as a full-service law firm specializing in personal injury litigation and is well qualified to handle any legal matter. The staff of The Law Offices of Spencer M. Fein, P.C. make every effort to be available and courteous to our clients at all times.
It is important to me that our clients have access and information about the firm handling their interests. As such, I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself.
I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and subsequently received a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. While attending Brooklyn Law School I was awarded an Academic Scholarship. I have previously held an internship for the Honorable Justice Gerald Held of the Supreme Court of New York, County of Kings. Before organizing the Law Offices of Spencer M. Fein, P.C. I worked as an associate litigation attorney specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury and Orthopedic Injuries.
Further, I am a member of The New York State Bar Association, The New York State Trial Lawyer's Association, the American Bar Association and the American Association of Justice. I have received many honors in my career including being recognized as an advocate by the National College of Advocacy. I am especially proud of being awarded the Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of my contributions to the ongoing fight against hatred and intolerance in America.
Recovering from an injury can be physically and emotionally challenging. My trustworthy staff will help you get through this difficult time. The firm has recovered substantial sums of money for our clients and is ready to put that experience to work for you.
